Join ArchforKids at the Lewis Latimer House Museum to turn your inspiration to invention!
Come to the lab of famed inventor Lewis Latimer at the Lewis Latimer House Museum to make an invention of your own! Use your imagination to come up with a great idea, then explore the design process from start to finish as you design and build your invention.
This workshop will be led by educators from ArchForKids, which provides engaging experiences in design with many different venues e.g. Grinton I. Will Public Library, Larchmont Public Library, Rye Free Reading Room, Brooklyn Public Library, etc.
Audience:
Children ages 5 and up
Families welcome
Visiting Guidelines:
Masks are required indoors for visitors 12 and over.
Proof of vaccination is no longer required.
Free parking available.
